Nepal was playing 3 match ODI and T20I series against the Emirati side in ICC Academy, Dubai. It was 2nd match against the same opposition in the ODI series, Nepal was playing after losing first game. Nepal won the toss and decided to bat first, making total of 242/9. Given the bowling lineup of Nepal, it was more than enough score for Nepali bowlers to defend. Kami and Lamichhane took 5 and 4 wickets respectively as UAE was reduced to mere 97 runs as Nepal won the game by huge margin of 145 runs. This is the same match where Sushan Bhari’s 4/5 spell was overshadowed by Lamichhane’s brilliance. In the turning track of Kirtipur ground, Americans had no clue whether to defend or leave the balls.
